📦 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Abayas that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or tailored abayas

  • Accessories and underpieces (for hygiene reasons)


🔁 Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or design, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange (based on availability). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

All Sales Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges are also non-refundable, including in cases of undeliverable or refused shipments.
